This pamphlet contains brief information on how to respond to HIV/AIDS epidemic at work places. The more detailed information was presented by TPAA in its presentation “HIV prevention at a work place: guidelines for managers”. Both publications were developed in parallel to educational programs for the personnel “HEALTHCARE AT WORK PLACE”, and are aimed at supporting employers in Russia who plan to develop and launch prevention programs at their companies and to avoid discrimination at work place. There are very detailed recommendations and practical examples for directors, HR managers, healthcare departments and other staff.
